Throughout his career, he has supported high-growth technology companies through strategic transactions, market expansion, and operational transformation. He has also served on multiple boards, providing governance oversight and strategic guidance to AI- and data-driven businesses. At KOEOS Venture, David focuses on strategic positioning, institutional partnerships, capital alignment, and enterprise engagement to support the commercialization and international growth of advanced technologies.

Heide Kiel is a Private Equity Operating Executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in regulated financial services across France and Germany. She specializes in turnaround execution, operational restructuring, and performance transformation in debt portfolio platforms. Heide works with boards and shareholders to drive operational value creation, cost optimization, and sustainable performance in underperforming or transitional businesses.
